Job Description

Product managers at TESCO Technology are passionate about solving problems. They take accountability for complex customer problems and strategic products, and are empowered to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. Driven by curiosity and innovation—paired with strong partnerships across Business, Engineering, User Research, Design, and Analytics—our product managers create meaningful value for customers globally.

About the Role

Clothing shopping is one of the most emotional and high‑consideration journeys in retail. As a Clothing Product Manager you will be part of the Clothing CX team where you’ll focus on the parts of the Clothing Customer Experience that create the most value for customers and the business. You will have the freedom to solve the highest‑impact problems or opportunities across the end‑to‑end journey - from how customers discover great outfits, to how they feel confident choosing size and fit, through to delivery, returns, and repeat engagement. You’ll focus on outcomes, not screens, and you’ll shape solutions wherever they drive the biggest improvement in customer experience. You will play a key role in shaping how customers browse, choose, and enjoy our clothing products across all digital touchpoints.

Your mission is to create a frictionless, inspiring, confidence‑building journey that helps every customer find what they want, choose the right size, feel assured in their purchase, and enjoy a seamless post‑purchase experience. You’ll use data, insights, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to identify pain points and opportunities and deliver improvements that directly impact conversion, return rates, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

You will work as part of a cross-functional squad and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Clothing Category teams, Fulfilment, and Stores.

This position is based in our Farringdon, London offices 3 times a week.

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Clothing Customer Experience.
  • Own key metrics across the journey including discovery engagement, conversion, size/fit success, returns reduction and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand clothing customer personas and their pain points.
  • Identify journey improvements through research, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Drive hypothesis-driven product discovery and A/B testing.
  • Establish MVPs and partner with UX and engineering to validate concepts.
  • Build and prioritise a strategic product backlog.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint and release planning.
  • Manage live product issues and ensure minimal journey disruption.

Must Have

  • Product Management experience within online CX or digital commerce.
  • Proven track record delivering against OKRs.
  • Experience with experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles.
  • Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in clothing/fashion retail.
  • Familiarity with size/fit solutions and personalisation.
  • Knowledge of fulfilment, returns, and stock accuracy within the clothing industry.
