Motion Designer

We�re looking for a talented and imaginative Motion Designer to join our fastpaced, creative team.

As a key member of our digital content operation, you�ll play a crucial role in shaping how our brand shows up across multiple platforms. You�ll transform briefs into standout visual stories, produce highquality motion assets at scale, and push creative boundaries to elevate our campaigns.

• Produce highquality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns across social media, online display, email, digital screens, and web platforms.
• Adapt existing assets and templates into multiple formats and versions at scale while maintaining strong brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Copywriters, and Channel Owners to deliver assets that meet campaign goals and channelspecific requirements.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and creative excellence.
• Support postproduction tasks such as video editing, sound syncing, colour correction, and visual effects as needed.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust motion design toolkit and asset library to enhance production speed, efficiency, and consistency.

• Experience working in a fastpaced inhouse creative team or agency environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud � particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of aspect ratios, file formats, and compression settings for a wide range of digital channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work to tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative, highimpact motion design work across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with retail, ecommerce, or contentled marketing is a strong advantage.
