Job Description
We are currently recruiting an International Administrator to provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the International function.
- Ensure all communication is concise and accurate
- Prepare morning collection paperwork and pick packs including printing and highlighting PLE’s
- Key purchase orders with suppliers once advised by International Demand Planner
- Complete the order tracker and ensure changes are up to date
- Complete the Delivery Confirmation of orders as soon as collections are made from BFL
- Download and store the videos and images from the Go Pro Cameras of all collections, clearly name and store in accurate folders with correct details
- Request outbound export documents from supplier with BBD’s and Batches in a timely manner.
- Create the official Veterinarian bookings
- Compile a share point for all file for the Vet to review
- General filing, including Trading Account data
- Taking image of products as required for Markets
- Recording entries for International Markets
- Processing of Invoices
- Distributing new line forms.
- Processing Brand Extensions
- Processing of recharge credits and invoices
- Archiving of International paperwork
- To support International Co-Ordinators and Manager in all areas during absence
Essential
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- PC Literate (outlook packages)
- Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to keep details confidential within the scope of GDPR
- Proven ability to build good working relationships
- Good attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience of working in a Supply Chain related environment
