Graduate Scheme - Tech Product and Programme Management

Our Technology Graduate Scheme is designed to develop future technology professionals who can help shape the systems, products and services that support Booker colleagues and customers across the UK. This rotational graduate scheme gives you exposure to two key areas within our Branch Systems Technology team Product Management Develop your understanding of how technology products are designed, prioritised and delivered. You'll work closely with stakeholders, analysts and engineering teams to help shape solutions that meet customer needs and deliver business value. Programme & Project Management Gain experience coordinating technology initiatives from planning through to delivery. You'll support projects that improve systems, processes and customer experiences, developing the skills needed to manage stakeholders, risks and successful outcomes.
