Job Description
Lead the development, trial deployment, and review of briefs and concepts for large-scale strategic projects that shape the customer shopping journey and in-store brand experience.
- Facilitate brief and concept development for large-scale strategic projects that impact the customer shopping journey and in-store brand experience.
- Use a range of insight sources to stay up to date with trends, competitors, and Tesco customers; interpret and apply insights to initiate and influence new propositions aligned to business strategy.
- Support key customer and business priorities by stretching briefs and concepts, acting as a conduit between the wider business and Design and Property teams to ensure projects follow the correct governance and receive appropriate support.
- Ensure the delivery of clear, customer-led project briefs that are simple, affordable, scalable, and commercially viable.
- Influence and gain alignment from key stakeholders to mobilise projects and secure brief approval.
- Coach and support workstreams through to completion, ensuring the original project vision is delivered.
- Ensure all change is reviewed, with successes shared and learnings embedded into future initiatives.
- Partner with Insight, Commercial, and Finance teams to provide robust analysis and guide programme direction and decision-making across key Format Proposition and Blueprint workstreams.
- Build, maintain, and leverage a strong internal network to stay informed and drive projects that enhance the customer shopping trip.
