The Role

We are looking for a Social Media and Community Coordinator to join our team and help us create and manage engaging content across our channels –Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads (and future channels!). In this role you will get to work across day to day channel management, content creation, community support, as well as analysing data across our social commerce channel and paid social campaigns.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Schedule content across our US channels and Global TikTok.
  • Create monthly content calendars and look-and-feel decks based on themes outlined by the Senior Social & Community Manager.
  • Coordinate with pro and creator squads, building relationships, renewing contracts, shipping products, and creating monthly briefs to deliver engaging content that amplifies brand messaging.
  • Support the Senior Social Media and Community Manager in developing and executing strategies for key US markets.
  • Ensure creator fees are within the allocated monthly budget, review performance, and scout for potential new creators.
  • Manage community engagement, track brand sentiment, identify opportunities, and raise issues to the Senior Social Media & Community Manager.
  • Review tagged UGC on IG & TikTok, request usage rights for repurposed content, and proactively shoot in-house UGC aligned to campaign strategies.
  • Assist with monthly reporting by identifying trends, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting continuous channel improvements.
  • Work with social commerce and paid social media, familiar with TikTok Shop functionalities and supporting affiliate and shoppable content campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, especially TikTok trends, and implement them proactively into our channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure social media activations align with business goals and brand messaging.

Must have:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a social media role
  • Proficiency with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter) - within a social media role
  • Proven experience with using social media analytics to measure performance and drive strategies
  • Comfortable filming office-based content (asking the team questions etc.) – do not need to be in front of the camera, but someone who is would be a benefit!

What we are looking for in you:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships
  • Comfortable shooting low-fi iPhone lifestyle content
  • Able to edit content within apps, particular focus on TikTok
  • Comfortable on Canva
  • A keen eye for detail and strong coordination skills
  • Creative and able to come up with content ideas
  • Pro-active in seeking out new content ideas and channel opportunities
