About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Design Lead with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience to play a key role in executing and delivering creative assets to support 360° campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Creative Lead, you will translate overarching creative direction into best in class design assets.

This role is primarily focused on driving high-quality digital output at scale, from concept through final delivery across multiple channels including social, retail marketing and paid media. You’ll work closely with senior creatives to bring campaigns to life, while taking ownership of large volumes of assets and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and digital execution.

You'll bring the Tangle Teezer brand to life across a wide range of digital touchpoints, creating engaging, on brand assets that deliver a seamless customer experience across ecommerce, social media, CRM, paid media and digital marketing channels. Working closely with the wider Creative team, Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce, you'll translate campaign concepts into high quality digital assets, ensuring every execution is visually compelling, technically accurate and optimised for its platform. You'll play an important role in maintaining brand consistency while supporting the delivery of fast paced, commercially driven campaigns across global markets.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Lead the creation and delivery of digital assets across social, email, Shopify, Amazon, and more to support 360 campaigns

• Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand, high-performing design

• Manage large volumes of assets with strong organization and consistency

• Work closely with creative counterparts in design, art direction, copy as well as cross functional partners in marketing and brand

• Ensure all deliverables meet platform specs and performance requirements

• Oversee and manage digital design execution from brief to delivery across multiple platforms and commercial needs

• Oversee and manage a team of digital designers and workflow.

What we are looking for in you:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in digital design

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels

• BA in Graphic Design or related field

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• People management experience

• Ability to manage and deliver large volumes of work with speed and precision

• Ability to take direction while also working independently and owning projects

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in beauty and/or consumer products
