SAP’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is building secure cloud applications—and this role puts you in a technical leadership position. As a Software Development Expert in Brno, you’ll architect and deliver microservice-based IAM solutions using cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

Bring it

You’re a seasoned engineer with deep cloud expertise and a passion for secure, scalable systems. You bring:

  • A master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, OData, SQL, and Git

  • Proven skills in profiling and observability of Java applications

  • Experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, or similar

  • Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Kyma, Dynatrace, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kibana, and WebDriverIO

  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge

Build it

You’ll lead the design and development of robust IAM cloud applications. Your work will:

  • Architect scalable, performant services using cloud-native best practices

  • Align with other architects and teams on integration and design proposals

  • Tackle complex development challenges and provide technical guidance

  • Optimize performance and cost across services

  • Support compliance and standards across development

  • Mentor peers and identify learning opportunities
