The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. What you’ll build

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager specializing in Agentic AI to lead the development of next-generation autonomous agent solutions. You will define product vision and strategy, translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps, and shape impactful AI products at the intersection of LLM-based agents, data insights, and enterprise integration.
As the voice of the customer and market, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement—balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, ethics, and user experience. You’ll collaborate across engineering, UX, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for agent-based AI products
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end users to capture needs, value drivers, and buy-in
• Prioritize and refine the backlog based on impact, feasibility, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria (via Jira)
• Lead ideation, prototyping, and validation of AI agents, tool integrations, and autonomous workflows
• Define and track success metrics, leveraging user feedback and data for continuous improvement
• Stay ahead of advances in agentic AI, safety, compliance, and UX, while mentoring colleagues on modern AI product thinking


What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI, product management, or a related technical/quantitative field
• Proven product management experience in AI/ML, data, or technical products (ideally with LLMs, GenAI, autonomous/multi-agent systems)
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, and evaluation
• Skilled in agile product delivery (Scrum/SaFe) with hands-on Jira expertise and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
• Experience defining KPIs, analyzing user feedback, and iterating products responsibly with awareness of compliance, safety, and bias
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning; familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), cloud-native tech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
