We are looking for a Provisioning Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success. As part of the SAP Software Delivery Services team, you will be accustomed to all aspects of our service portfolio and can support our unit through planning, execution and delivery of key topics and projects. We are looking for a flexible individual who can integrate into a highly professional team and act in a reliable and trusted manner.

What you will build

· Manage customer cases and IT direct tickets end-to-end, ensuring smooth follow-up on critical incidents as well as seamless provisioning of Emergency Deliveries, Attribute Change Packages, and SAP HANA Revisions.

· Execute License Mapping tasks in close collaboration with contracts and pricing departments, market introduction teams, and other key SAP stakeholders to support license issues, mapping adjustments, and SOX‑relevant reporting across on‑prem and cloud environments.

· Deliver specialized support for BETA and Early Adopter Care programs, including contractual management, program operations in SAP tools (e.g., Sirius), key metric processing, and ongoing maintenance of Pre‑shipment and BETA dashboards.

· Continuously challenge the status quo by driving optimization, automation, and innovation across provisioning processes.

· Go all‑in on AI: spearhead AI improvements and contribute to AI‑driven projects that streamline and elevate the provisioning workstream by using SAP Build, and other modern tooling.

· Academic degree (Bachelor of Arts or equivalent).

· Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to quickly engage in AI‑related initiatives.

· Foundational project management skills.

· Solid proficiency in Office 365.

· Fluency in English is a must; German language skills are beneficial.

· Beneficial: experience with SAP systems such as ISP, IP7 (PPMS), PQP, and ServiceNow.

· Beneficial: understanding of software provisioning processes.
