The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. For its 25-year history, the company has established itself as a preferred employer in the IT sector in Bulgaria.

We are looking for a Technical L2 Support Specialist with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to join our team. Experience in user identity and authentication domains is a plus. Candidates with a background in Development, QA, or DevOps are highly encouraged to apply.

What you’ll build

• Provide L2 technical support for SAP ID Service and SAP UID
• Support Service Provider Onboarding for SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service
• Manage Service User Support in SAP for Me
• Engage with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality support delivery

What you bring

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience or familiarity with identity management systems preferred
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno is highly appreciated

Where you belong

The CIM Competence Centre Team is responsible for SAP ID as a service, which includes onboarding new Applications and Providing Services for Existing ones. The Team is also providing L3 support for SAP UID and S- User management process in the scope of SAP for Me
