Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

About the SAP iXp Program

The SAP iXp Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid student program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Three reasons to intern at SAP

Culture of collaboration: meet with mentors, make new friends across the globe and create a thriving personal network.

Project-driven experience: gain cross-functional skills from our virtual and in-person learning sessions, diverse subject matter experts, and project deliverables.

Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips.

What you’ll build:

Support our team by helping to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. A key part of the role involves assisting with reporting, performance tracking, dashboard development, and identifying trends that can help improve business processes and outcomes. The candidate will also contribute to ad hoc analyses and support initiatives that align with our business growth objectives.

This role directly supports business growth by providing insights that help improve operational efficiency and strengthen strategic decision-making. The candidate’s work with data analysis and reporting will contribute to a better understanding of business performance and support informed actions across the organization.

The role offers a unique blend of business analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder collaboration with a focus on optimizing sales processes. The candidate will learn to work with data, develop reports and visualizations and communicate insights to different audiences. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams ensures a broad understanding of business processes. Experience gained will include KPI tracking, business performance analysis, data visualization, and insight generation. It is ideal for someone eager to develop skills in analytics, problem-solving, and strategic business support.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stay curious and wants to learn. You like to work with data to optimize sales processes and create visiblity.

Educational requirements:

· Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (required).

Profile requirements:

· Enthusiastic and analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data, business insights, performance improvement, and decision-making.

· Ability to manage multiple analytical tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Flexibility to support changing business priorities, reporting needs, and ad hoc analysis.

· Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Desired skills/experience to be successful in this role:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.

· Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business performance tracking is advantageous.

· Previous involvement in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, or business improvement initiatives.

· Basic knowledge of or interest in analytics tools, data visualization, and business intelligence processes.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and deliver accurate analysis within deadlines.

Where you belong:

As a member of our dynamic and fast-paced EMEA CoE team, the candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting real-world business analytics activities related to sales. You will also join our vibrant iXp student community, which offers a social and collaborative environment with regular events, networking opportunities, and personal development initiatives. This includes access to career-building resources, mentorship, and workshops designed to support your professional growth throughout the internship.
