What you'll build

• Support projects that enable our overall global Talent Discovery strategy.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
• Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Presentation: Summarize complex data into clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead enablement sessions for our Talent Discovery colleagues.
• Work with and on new technologies.
• Work with our recruiting tool and ensuring a seamless global collaboration.
• Work on our communications that we send out to our different stakeholders, e.g., videos & email communications.
• Support the team in operational tasks and project work.

What you bring

• You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Studying preferably in the fields of business administration, psychology, marketing or computer science
• Speaking and writing English and German fluently
• Experienced in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Besides that, you want to go the extra mile, you are an outstanding networker and it is easy for you to walk in other people’s shoes
• You enjoy working on different projects with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• You want to innovate and to challenge things and instead of problems you only see opportunities to improve
