What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Sales Working Student – Sales and Communications Assistant

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Expected start date: August 1st, 2026

Support our sales team by helping to develop and implement outreach strategies, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to brand awareness efforts. A key part of the role involves planning, coordinating, and executing engaging events aimed at showcasing our services to existing clients, prospective customers, and potential young talents. The candidate will also assist in identifying new event ideas and sales opportunities that align with our business growth objectives

This role directly supports business growth by increasing brand visibility and positioning our company as an industry leader. The candidate’s work in communication and event execution will generate leads and foster community engagement, contributing strategically to growth

The role offers a unique blendof sales support, marketing, and event management with a focus on creating tangible results. The candidate will learn to strategize outreach methods, develop content for diverse audiences, and manage event logistics. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and HR teams ensures unified messaging. Experience gained will include customer relationship management, brand positioning, and event planning, contributing to revenue growth, market engagement, and talent acquisition - ideal for someone eager to develop skills in communication, business development, and event facilitation.

Educational requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (required).
  • Equivalent experience in relevant areas may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Profile requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in sales, communication, events, and business development.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to assist with variable event schedules and outreach activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Danish both written and spoken

Desired skills/ experience to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
  • Previous involvement in outreach or community engagement activities.
  • Basic knowledge of or interest in sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
