What you’ll do


Position title: SAP iXp Student - EMEA Business AI Office Working Student
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Expected start date to end date: July 1, 2026 – July 1, 2027 (with possibility of extension)

  • Project Management - supporting and executing projects and events (internal/external).
  • Stakeholder Management - building strong and powerful relationships, both externally and internally.
  • Admin work such as, but not limited to - planning and coordinating meetings and logistics, managing the SAP EMEA AI Officer’s calendar, or flawlessly executing expenses and bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.).
  • Support the team with requested reports and keep data and visuals organized

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on innovative projects and are energized by learning.

  • Student enrolled in a university: Ideally, you have two years left and are in the last year of your Bachelor’s degree, starting your Master’s degree, preferably within business or IT-related fields.
  • Strong communication skills: You possess good communication skills in English at a C1 level.
  • Analytical abilities: You have analytical capabilities and are detail orientated.
  • Experience with project management: You are familiar with project management concepts.
  • Proactive and ownership-oriented: You enjoy taking initiative and ownership.
  • International environment: An understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments are pluses.
