Revenue Operations Business Partner

The Revenue Operations Business Partner’s mission is to boost field productivity, improve business predictability, and support executive decision‑making. The role requires a strong understanding of operations processes, tools, and technical KPIs across the revenue lifecycle. From an annual perspective, the primary focus is on Sales Planning, Demand Management, and Deal Execution, followed by Performance Management, Go‑to‑Market execution, and Cloud Renewals. Success in this role is driven by stakeholder satisfaction, adoption of standards, speed of execution through transparency, and a strong understanding of the Cloud Renewals and Customer Value Journey.

What you’ll do

Forecasting

  • Secure consistent and disciplined execution of forecasting practices.
  • Ensure smooth, accurate, and consistent operation of the end‑to‑end forecasting process.
  • Support consistent forecasting across all organizational levels, from individual Account Executives through Management Units.

Deal Execution

  • Drive use of opportunity planning and execution tools to increase structure, visibility, and insight for Sales Management.
  • Create actionable insights from win/loss analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Position and support global and regional sales programs to increase deal conversion.
  • Support management with insights into deal execution and identify optimization opportunities, including quarter‑end closing processes.

Demand Management

  • Support demand generation processes to align multiple lines of business.
  • Deliver insights on where demand generation is needed and support planning activities.
  • Provide gap analysis to identify key pipeline improvement areas.
  • Position tools that give Sales Management insight into corrective actions to increase individual and team contribution.

Trusted Advisor Role

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence from strategy to execution.
  • Understand core business requirements and implications to strategically advise senior management decision‑making.

Enablement

  • Enable sales and business stakeholders to adopt and adhere to defined core processes and tools.
  • Lead and champion best practices and behaviors to reinforce accountability and smooth end‑to‑end execution.

Collaboration

  • Actively contribute to a strong one‑team spirit.
  • Share successes, learnings, and best practices across teams.
  • Develop, coach, guide, and lead peers to improve execution quality.

Applications, Data & Reporting

  • Innovate, design, blueprint, and build sales‑supporting infrastructure including systems, tools, and applications.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and training.
  • Support deployment, governance, documentation, and maintenance of sales infrastructure.
  • Ensure data stewardship, including simplification initiatives.
  • Simplify and optimize reporting to ensure relevance and accessibility for senior leadership.

Cloud Renewals

  • Analyze renewals data and cloud KPIs in line with annual operating plans, business priorities, and KPIs.
  • Present actionable recommendations to Customer Success Services leadership.
  • Support annual go‑to‑market planning, budget development, risk evaluation, and KPI definition.
  • Operationalize and facilitate renewals forecasting, ensuring cadence, data governance, and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with opportunity owners, field leaders, renewal centers, and controlling teams to resolve issues and support quarter‑end execution.

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of working experience, 1+ in Sales operations, Revenue Operations or related area;
  • Fluency in English (Able to understand and communicate verbally and in writing)
  • Willingness to learn and able to adapt at a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have that positive vibe and able to work long extended hours, if required.
  • Excel Smart, PowerBI, and other computing tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent accreditation required.
