MEET THE TEAM
The Global Real Estate & Facilities Organization (“GRF”) helps SAP run better and is a key enabler for employee efficiency, innovation capability, employer attractiveness and ultimately SAP’s brand value. As a truly global organization, we are responsible for almost 200 locations in more than 70 countries worldwide, managing a real-estate portfolio of more than 1.5 million square meters in office space. In addition, GRF is responsible for operating the SAP Data Centers.
As partners for SAP’s business units, we strive for world-class office solutions and customer services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support global projects and/or work streams to ensure that project deliverables are met;
- Maintain real estate master data on a global level in various tools;
- Provide planned as well as ad-hoc reporting;
- Serve as point of contact on a global level for all GRF colleagues in own area of responsibility;
- Participate in global work groups to ensure knowledge sharing across regions and relevant functions;
- Maintain and update templates and lists;
- Prepare internal communication material and ensure communication is done in own area of responsibility.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Vocational Training or bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in the area of Business Administration, Real Estate or Facility Management or comparable and / or adequate experience;
- English fluent (oral & written) – additional languages are a benefit;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially for Microsoft Excel is a must;
- Knowledge of various aspects of Real Estate and Facility Management are a benefit;
- Experience with lease contracts and their structure in general is a benefit;
- Team player with the ability and willingness to work collaboratively and virtually with international teams;
- Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality;
- Experience with the tool SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) or Planon is a benefit.
