Role overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to support our Customer Contact Data Management initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to help shape and deliver data-driven solutions that improve customer contact data quality, governance, and usability across the organization.
You will contribute to the evolution of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) adoption and support cross-functional efforts to establish robust end-to-end governance and high-quality customer contact data as a foundation for business processes.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in product management while building deep expertise in data, processes, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management Support
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Backlog management and user story creation, translating business needs into product requirements and functional specs
- Contributing across the full feature lifecycle from ideation to rollout
Customer Contact Data
- Identifying data gaps and inconsistencies, supporting data quality improvements and root cause analysis
- Helping define governance frameworks and standards for contact data
Platform Adoption & Enablement
- Driving Customer Data Platform adoption across business teams, supporting onboarding
- Documentation, and enablement materials
- Gathering user feedback and aligning platform capabilities with business use cases
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Working with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT on requirements and priorities
- Supporting governance discussions and coordinating end-to-end governance across domains
Operational & Project Support
- Supporting projects across customer data management, governance, and process alignment
- Tracking progress, preparing meeting materials, and following up on actions
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in product management, data management, operations, or consulting
- Familiarity with Agile, backlog management, data quality, and governance concepts
- CDP, CRM, or similar systems experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, structured, hands-on working style
