Role overview
As the UKI Partner Marketing Manager at SAP, you will be driving demand generation, awareness, thought leadership and relationship building across a mix of marketing channels with our Partners. In your role you will support the UKI field, reporting into the Marketing Director in the UKI and partnering with multiple key stakeholders across the business. Enthusiasm and a passion to learn and collaborate are the most integral parts to this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will create and own the Partner demand generation and marketing plans that are aligned with the overall marketing, sales, and business objectives for the UKI. You will plan, develop, and execute marketing activity in line with the businesses overall Partner marketing plans. You will be a valued member of the UKI Marketing team and work cross-functional with other Marketing Managers to ensure Partners are included in relevant campaigns and activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategy and planning
- Orchestrate Go-To-Market marketing activities for selected Partners in the UKI
- Define and manage with Partners, their demand generation campaigns, advise on how best to execute such campaigns, discover content and promote new initiatives.
- Advise and initiate Partners demand generation activities to address white spaces and ensure pipeline coverage
- Management of Partner Development Fund (DF) process to ensure ROI on demand generated campaigns is 10X with Partners
- Regular reporting of the Development Fund requests to the key stakeholders
- Work with the UKI Marketing Managers to ensure key Partners are integrated into Line of Business plans where relevant
Stakeholder management
- Consistently align with business stakeholders, understand the role of stakeholder management in the development of effective Partner marketing activities, influencing internal stakeholders and making relevant decisions
- Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders including marketing, channel and sales teams, marketing and communication agencies and corporate partners
Execution Management
- Experienced in social media tools and latest digital marketing tactics to manage and optimize campaigns and branding efforts for direct campaigns but also in conjunction with our partners.
- Campaign-execution related tasks such as data management, content creation and localization, lead handling, reporting and invoicing process.
