What you‘ll do:

Summary:

As an IT Client Device Engineer (f/m/d), you are responsible for provisioning, configuring, and maintaining
Windows-based laptops. You ensure our employees are well equipped and support them in their day-to-day use of
these devices.

The Role:

In this role, you manage the complete client device lifecycle—from initial provisioning and configuration to
decommissioning of Windows laptops. You are the first point of contact for technical issues and ensure the smooth
operation of our internal IT.

• Provisioning and configuration of Windows laptops
• Deployment of standardized software packages and user profiles
• System-based provisioning of new users
• Management of hybrid environments (Active Directory/SCCM and Entra/Intune)
• 1st and 2nd level support for internal staff
• Maintenance and documentation of IT assets
• Support during IT onboarding and offboarding processes

What you bring:

• Very good German and English skills

• Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of Windows environments

• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, as well as Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune

• Experience in client management and mobile device management solution

• Strong service orientation and team skills
