Job description

Company Description

Job Description

6 to 12 months Fixed Term Contract

What you'll build

You'll independently manage the end-to-end delivery of HR services across your assigned countries, acting as the named local HR expert for the employee lifecycle processes within your scope. Owning the localisation of global HR programs and policies, leading governance reviews of local practices, and driving continuous improvement across the processes you're accountable for are core parts of the role. You will be the main HR advisor for teams in your area. You will give advice on local employment practices. You need to identify compliance risks and address them before issues arise. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge management so that your country expertise is documented and transferable are explicit expectations at this level.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

You have strong expertise in local HR service delivery, employment law, and the operational and compliance demands of managing HR processes across one or more countries. At this level, readiness means you can advise employees and managers on your own. You will oversee complex local people and culture issues. You must also apply country-specific regulations correctly. Additionally, you need to adapt global programs while ensuring compliance and quality for the employee experience. Strong stakeholder management, sound judgment in sensitive employee situations, and a thorough understanding of how local and global HR frameworks interact are all expected.

Additional Information

Where you belong

You'll own the HR service delivery picture for your assigned countries and be the person employees, managers, and cross-functional partners come to when local expertise matters. The accountability at this level is real: your advice informs decisions, your process ownership shapes employee experience, and your compliance awareness protects the organization. Mentoring less-experienced colleagues is part of the job at this level, and your approach to complex employee situations sets a standard others develop from. If you're ready for genuine end-to-end ownership of local HR delivery in a complex, multi-country environment and the accountability of being the named expert whose judgment others rely on, this is the right role.

We value the skills you bring and support you to build on them through our learning and development opportunities. These are the skills associated with this role:

Human resource management. Employment and labor laws. Stakeholder management. Complex Problem Solving, Collaboration. Process mining and optimisation. AI data analytics. Context engineering. AI output quality assurance. Daily use of agentic AI. AI-assisted automation and prototyping. Capability for adopting AI.
