Full stack Developer, SAP BTP Build Experience AP AC Products & Service

What you'll build:

You will work in the context of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) which provides the multi-cloud foundation and a layer of abstraction for all applications to run on both public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud) and private cloud. More specifically you will work on SAP Build – A low code no code platform that makes application development and automations faster and easier with a simplified and streamlined builder experience, leveraging enterprise-grade scaling and security.

As a Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform, with a specific focus on SAP Build. One must possess superior technical leadership, communication skills and demonstrate independence in decision making.

  • Develop front-end interfaces and user experiences using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React etc) or SAP UI5 skills.
  • Design and implement back-end services and APIs using languages and frameworks such as Java, Node.js, and integrate them with SAP BTP services.
  • Drive and Impelement GenAI capabilities in BTP Build Experience .
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, SAP ecosystem, UI5 and AI Skills, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  • Should be capable to perform development tasks and take decisions independently, demonstrate responsibility for all tasks and ensure completion with good quality, timely delivery, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product owners and architects to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions.. Should work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to design and develop state of the art software applications working closely with Architect & Senior Developers.
  • Should be able to apply clean code principles: execute code reviews, code inspections, unit testing, performance measurements and other quality tasks and should be familiar with agile development methodology with an understanding of CI/CD concepts, processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Propose architecture, design, and implementation of full stack applications.
  • Master/ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related with 5-7 years of experience in professional software development, preferably within a scrum team and experience working in an Agile, fast-paced environment.

What you bring:

Mandatory:

  • Sound understanding of cloud-native architecture, development, design and cloud platforms, excellent knowledge of software design patterns including microservices and integrated systems.
  • Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Node.js, Python Flask).
  • Experience in GenAI and Joule Skills development is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of modern back-end technology stacks, tools, and standards, including relational and non-relational databases, webservers, server-side frameworks such as Postgres, Nginx, Node.js, restful APIs, and OAuth
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience and willingness to work in a project setup following agile principles and practices.
