About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Integration Architect with over 13 years of experience in enterprise integration, cloud-based architecture, and SAP technologies. This hybrid role based in Pune involves leading the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions using SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite. The individual will play a strategic role in modernising legacy systems, driving clean core design principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and future-ready integration landscapes.

What you’ll do

Integration Strategy & Architecture
- Define and implement SAP BTP integration strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP applications, both on-premise and cloud.
Implementation & Development
- Lead development of integration flows using SAP Integration Suite.
- Design and deploy APIs via SAP API Management.
- Implement event-driven architecture using SAP Advanced Event Mesh.
- Manage real-time and batch integrations using SAP BTP tools.
- Drive migration from PI/PO to Integration Suite and modernise legacy systems.
Technical Leadership & Governance
- Establish integration best practices and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to SAP BTP standards.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimise performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to define integration requirements.
- Collaborate with SAP product teams to adopt innovations.
- Guide teams in cloud-native development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end integration project lifecycles.
- Ensure timely delivery and successful go-live of integration solutions.
- Manage external vendors and consultants.

Who you are

13+ years of experience in SAP integration, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
Strong expertise in SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Integration - CPI).
Proficient in API Management, Event Mesh, BTP Security, and OAuth-based integrations.
Hands-on experience with OData, REST, SOAP, and API technologies.
Familiar with SAP Clean Core Design principles.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party SaaS integrations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
