What you'll do:
As a CPIT AI Product Manager in the Compliance domain, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of AI-driven compliance solutions that empower the Business to meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, data scientists and compliance experts, to design and deliver innovative products.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
- Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing compliance solutions, also contributing to enhance SAP standards solutions via close collaboration with SAP Standard Development.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure products align with global compliance standards.

- A solid understanding of compliance principles, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
- Experience in compliance domain, including areas such as anti-fraud, bribery & corruption, sales compliance, procurement compliance, enterprise risk management, audit management, third-party risk management, policy management, process control, and international trade compliance.
- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SAP RAM (Risk and Assurance Manager), and SAP GTS (Global Trade Services), as these tools are integral to our compliance ecosystem.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.

Our Trade Compliance & Risk IT team within Corporate Functions & Analytics in CPIT is responsible for IT solutions that support internal compliance functions in the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Global Risk & Assurance Services, and International Trade Compliance. We design, implement, operate, and modernize critical compliance systems through our diverse team of product owners, process managers, application engineers, system architects, and data analysts. Our mission is to transform and improve compliance processes across the organization.
