We are looking for a product management professional who can operate in this new paradigm — where AI is foundational to how products are discovered, built, and delivered.
As a Senior Product Specialist (Product Manager) for SAP Concur Spend, you will play a key role in shaping an AI-powered expense platform. You will work at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and intelligent automation, translating real-world problems into scalable, high-impact product capabilities.
You will independently lead product discovery, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and drive execution in close partnership with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you Build

Define and evolve the product roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and emerging AI-driven opportunities.Identify areas where AI can simplify workflows, automate decisions, and enhance user experience.
Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities, including Generative AI, copilots, and intelligent automation within SAP Concur Expense.Partner with engineering and data teams to integrate AI into enterprise-grade solutions.Ensure quality, reliability, and explainability of AI-driven outputs through continuous validation and iteration.
Lead discovery through rapid, AI-assisted prototyping and direct customer validation.Translate customer insights into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.Use data, experimentation, and usage insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-release optimization. Drive backlog prioritization and execution alignment with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Lead product launches, including go-live readiness and customer transition planning.
Work closely with design, engineering, and field teams to ensure alignment across product development and delivery.
Manage dependencies and contribute to broader portfolio planning and execution.
Apply Agile and DevOps principles to improve delivery efficiency and product quality. Leverage AI-assisted development and analytics to accelerate iteration cycles and continuously enhance product outcomes.


What You Bring

Strong product management experience with ownership of roadmap, discovery, and delivery.
Ability to independently define problems, drive structured thinking, and execute with minimal oversight.
Practical exposure to Generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted product development, with an understanding of how to apply these to real customer problems.
Experience in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and customer validation.
Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to translate insights into product direction.
Familiarity with expense management, finance systems, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
Awareness of global product considerations, including localization and compliance.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Concur or broader spend management solutions
Exposure to AI/ML-powered enterprise product development
Strong Agile product management experience
Background in ERP, finance systems, or global product implementations
