What you'll do

Being part of the Global Commercial Finance organization, you will be working as a Commercial Business Partner in Service Delivery Hub, focusing on high quality service delivery.

• Maintain and update tracking and reporting systems using Excel.
• Provide administrative assistance to support team operations.
• Conduct checks and assist in the administration of Quarterly Critical Customer process.
• Deal approval, review of quotes, checking software requirements, pricing, special terms & conditions etc.
• Contract creation
• Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations
• Tracking and reporting volumes and approval figures.
• Communication with stakeholders such as Sales, Pricing and Revenue

Recognition teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

What you bring

• University student in the last year of studies, preferably in the field of Economics, Finance or Law or equivalent relevant work experience
• Advanced in English (written and oral)
• German language is an advantage
• Good command on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

In this paid role with an initial 12 months contract we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has strong follow-up skills. You must be an efficient learner with a goal of working independently with little supervision and being able to correctly prioritize tasks. A “can do attitude” is what we are seeking.
