About the role:

In this role, you'll develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for our global supply chain and value-added reseller (VAR) programs. You'll be responsible for delivering cost savings, improving supplier performance, and driving innovation within our procurement processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality products and services to our customers, enhancing their overall experience.

What you'll build:

  • Develop and execute category strategies for global supply chain and VAR programs.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
