What you build:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and business operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal processes, maintaining high-quality content standards, and assisting the Value Management team with essential operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties including document management, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of business documentation
- Assist with internal communications and reporting
Content Review & Quality Control
- Review business content (documents, proposals, presentations, and sales materials) for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Ensure alignment with company standards, tone, and branding
- Identify and correct errors in grammar, formatting, and data
Business Operations Support
- Assist in the preparation, creation, and revision of sales quotes and proposals
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather required information for client submissions
- Track quote versions and ensure timely updates and approvals
- Support CRM updates and basic sales & business reporting
Process & Reporting Coordination
- Help streamline workflows between departments (sales, central teams, operations)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in administrative and project processes
- Drive proactively reporting preparation and updates
What you bring:
You excel in fast-moving environments and bring a combination of operational mastery, communication strength, and proactive problem-solving. You have:
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting Business leaders or executives (or equivalent operational/administrative experience).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear, concise communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Proactive thinking - you anticipate needs, solve problems before they happen, and take ownership.
- Technical fluency, including mastery of productivity tools, CRM and collaboration platforms.
- Calm, steady execution under pressure, ambiguity, and rapid change.
