What you’ll build
Summary:
As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you are responsible for the professional conception of analyses, reports and dashboards from a variety of sources.
You will develop and implement customer- as well as supplier-specific requirements.
You will develop a consistent “look & feel” for reports and dashboards tailored to your target groups.
In addition to an eye for appealing reports, you also bring basic knowledge of the IT architecture required to access the underlying data sources.
Regular exchange with various stakeholders allows you to continuously improve the quality of individual reports and dashboards.
You are an enabler, you have the ability to develop an enterprise data model and are supporting to realize enduring, data-driven decisions.
What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in data visualization, data science or a related field.
Knowledge of methods, instruments and techniques for creating reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data-based problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly working in cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Initial experience with BI and ITSM tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, SQL) for creating reports and dashboards is desirable
Independent acceptance and responsibility for work packages from the subject area with the associated prioritization.
