Become part of a diverse and dynamic team that supports the Procurement teams at Airbus Aerostructures with digital data solutions. Leveraging the expertise of our Data Analysts, SAP Key Users, and Master Data Managers, we enable the business through data analysis, visualization, and reporting, as well as KPI standardization - towards a more resilient supply chain, and more efficient working methods.

You are responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to prepare, enable, or make informed business decisions, thereby improving overall business processes.

Application of methods and approaches such as data collection on our primarily used environment Skywise - gathering relevant data from various sources:

  • Data Management & Analytics: Applying statistical and analytical techniques on datasets from various source systems and Excel files, and transition them into sustainable, robust database solutions in Skywise.

  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Processing raw data to ensure data quality.
  • Data Visualization: Creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations to effectively communicate results through clear storytelling and by providing appropriate guidance to users.
  • Automation & Digitalization: Drive and implement automation and digitalization initiatives across all procurement and supply chain management processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and develop comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to visualize critical insights, such as spend analyses and performance KPIs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify key levers for continuous process improvement and measure performance within the procurement workflows.
  • Tool and Technology Management: Utilizing and maintaining relevant software and tools for data analysis and visualization.
  • Data responsibility: Ensuring data security, data privacy, and compliance with internal requirements and external regulations.

As a central department, we established a Data Ambassador Network to bring data-driven insights into the organization and gathering feedback:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with other teams and management to understand optimization and information needs, identifying key levers and targeted KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the interface between specific business functions, the data ecosystem, and the desired solution.
  • Upskilling: Actively sharing best practices, insights, and techniques with the broader data analyst community as well as guiding and supporting the organization in adopting a data-driven mindset.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in (agile) project management and managing stakeholders is a strong plus
