What You’ll Do
- Design and Deliver: Design and deliver AI enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and hands-on citizen developer workshops using Low Code No Code (LCNC) automation and enterprise AI assistants.
- Create Content: Create enablement content and multimedia assets (videos, presentations, guides, and digital materials) to showcase GenAI tools, use cases, and success stories.
- Collaborate and Plan: Collaborate with AI experts, product teams, and business stakeholders to plan and coordinate GenAI initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
- Drive Adoption: Coordinate outreach and change management efforts to help teams effectively adopt new AI capabilities.
- Engage and Advocate: Drive communication and engagement by serving as an advocate for AI products and managing internal communities to strengthen awareness and adoption.
- Support Innovation: Support innovation activities by contributing to the ideation, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional AI projects.
What You Bring
Required
- Education & Experience: A degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 0–3 years of experience in a role such as business analyst, program coordinator, communications specialist, or product enablement.
- Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, tools, and their business use cases.
- Hands-on AI & Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and LCNC automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Power Automate) to build simple prototypes or workflows.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with code (with AI assistance) to read and modify simple scripts, work with JSON, and understand API calls/webhooks and basic automation logic.
- Mindset: An AI-native mindset with a fast learning ability and a proactive, collaborative approach to working independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics and telling compelling stories through presentations and training.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Optional
- Program Experience: Exposure to internal communications, learning enablement, or innovation programs.
- Enablement Skills: Experience with stakeholder engagement, event management, content creation, or facilitating citizen developer workshops.
- Content Production: Basic knowledge of video production and editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 or SharePoint.
