What You’ll Build:

As an AI Engineer, you will contribute to building and deploying AI solutions that support various Lines of Business (LOBs) within the company. You will work closely with other engineers to develop AI services, assist in moving projects from proof of concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our AI-first tech stack. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while working on diverse challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing AI services and help transition projects from PoC to production

  • Support the setup and maintenance of Big Data pipelines for AI services

  • Contribute to designing solutions for GenAI/Agentic AI use cases

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement AI-driven solutions

  • Productionize AI PoCs with good software engineering by incorporating CI/CD pipelines, deployment and MLOps/LLMOps

  • Monitor and maintain AI services in development and production environments

  • Stay updated on AI technologies and contribute to improving team practices

  • Help document AI workflows, models, and processes for internal knowledge sharing

  • Support the enablement of other teams working on code based agentic solution to use our Golden path standard

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong Python skills

  • Experience with backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.)

  • Solid grasp of software engineering principles and agile teamwork

  • Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, VSCode, Linux

  • Exposure to CI/CD and ML Ops (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow)

  • Cloud experience (Azure ML, Databricks, AWS/GCP equivalents)

  • Fluent English and a collaborative mindset

  • Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies

Nice to have but not a must:

  • Knowledge of Distributed Computing Systems for Big Data Engineering such as Databricks (PySpark/Scala)

  • Hands-on experience with genAI / agenticAI frameworks such as crewAI, langgraph, etc.

  • Expertise in code-based LLM consumption from platforms like OpenAI or Huggingface

  • Curiosity to explore different AI applications and emerging technologies

  • Experience with SAP AI offerings such as AI Core, AI Business Services, Joule
