Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

As an Ad Planner, you will bring SAP's marketing campaigns to life across digital channels by transforming campaign objectives, audience insights, and messaging strategies into effective advertising executions. Working closely with campaign managers, marketing stakeholders, and external agencies, you will ensure advertising campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.

In this role, you'll develop channel-specific advertising briefs, recommend the most effective advertising formats, and oversee the creation and delivery of digital advertising assets across search, display, social, native, and video channels. Rather than producing creative assets directly, you will collaborate with external agencies and creative partners to ensure all deliverables meet campaign requirements, platform specifications, and SAP brand standards.

You will be responsible for managing advertising workflows, coordinating agency execution, conducting quality assurance reviews, and driving continuous optimization through testing and performance insights. Your work will directly impact campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and marketing success by ensuring every advertising execution is delivered with quality, consistency, and precision.

What you bring

  • Experience in digital advertising, campaign activation, ad operations, media execution, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications across search, display, social, content syndication, programmatic and video.
  • Experience working with external agencies and creative partners.
  • Ability to translate campaign objectives and marketing strategies into clear advertising requirements and creative briefs.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in quality assurance, asset reviews, and troubleshooting execution issues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, regions, and timelines.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Where you belong

You'll be part of a collaborative global digital marketing team that connects campaign strategy with advertising execution. The team works at the intersection of marketing, media, creative development, and technology, partnering with stakeholders and agencies worldwide to deliver impactful customer experiences.

You'll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, operational excellence, and innovation. Working alongsideacuivation managers, media specialists, agencies, and marketing professionals, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to global initiatives, shape advertising best practices, and grow your expertise across the evolving digital advertising landscape.
