Position Summary
Rolls-Royce solutions Asia, a division of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager Procurement – Direct Material to lead and develop a high-performing procurement team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing international sourcing strategies across a diverse range of direct spend of commodities, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and operational excellence within a global corporate environment.
This role is responsible for driving procurement excellence through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and supply continuity management across a complex regional supply base supporting manufacturing, engineering, and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing procurement team while collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives, operational performance, quality standards, and long-term supply chain resilience.
