It delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.
Role Summary:
The HR & Payroll Generalist is accountable for the design, governance, effectiveness and continuous improvement of assigned HR processes while supporting the successful delivery of assigned HR projects, transitions and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Ownership & Governance
Execute and own assigned end-to-end HR processes and ensure effective process governance across People Services.
Ensure consistent process execution across teams, locations and service delivery models.
Monitor process effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation and simplification.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
Drive process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform root cause analysis of recurring process issues and define corrective actions.
Use process metrics, operational data and customer feedback to drive improvement priorities.
Ensure process changes support service quality, compliance and employee experience objectives.
Promote standardisation and best practices across People Services.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate alignment between operational requirements and strategic transformation goals.
Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making without direct people management responsibility.
Escalate risks, issues and decisions through appropriate governance forums.
Risk, Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.
Support audits and ensure remediation of identified gaps.
Monitor compliance, operational risks and control effectiveness.
Ensure documentation remains accurate, current and audit-ready.
Essential Requirements
Significant experience in HR Operations, HR Process Management, HR Transformation or Project Management environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
Experience owning processes, governance activities or assigned transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP or equivalent) and case management systems.
Fluent English and German.
