Support the design and execution of divisional-specific recruitment campaigns or initiatives. Work across Emerging Talent, Contingent and Exec teams to build one consistent view and interface for TA. Provide insights and data to support continuous improvement in hiring performance and workforce planning.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain visibility of divisional hiring activity, ensuring compliance with recruitment policy, process, and governance frameworks. Deliver regular reporting and insights to the Divisional People Director and TA leadership on performance, trends, and future needs. Contribute to the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, sharing divisional intelligence and best practices with peers across the global TA network.
