The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of research technology? Prolific is on the lookout for a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, aiming to revolutionise the way research is conducted.

This role will involve working closely with both our Partner Sales and marketing teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will enhance our partnerships and drive our growth.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our efforts to support and amplify our partnerships through innovative marketing strategies. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening our partner ecosystem, building long-term relationships, and achieving our shared goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the Partner Sales to identify priorities and develop impactful partner marketing initiatives.
  • Innovate and test new marketing program ideas, focusing on scalability and effectiveness.
  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing, content and “face to face” campaigns in collaboration with multiple partners, spanning multiple quarters.
  • Develop targeted, demand generation campaigns that are aligned with specific partner objectives and programs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the partnership team to evaluate the performance of new programs.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to enhance reporting capabilities and track the success of partner activities.
  • Ensure partners are optimally represented on our website and platforms
  • Own the creation of all sales enablement collateral

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in event planning and marketing
  • Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across different time zones and cultures.

Even better if you have

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing joint marketing plans with strategic partners.
  • Familiarity with the research or technology industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

What you’ll get

⚖️ Work-Life Balance: We’re all looking to strike the right work-life balance, and as a remote-first company you’re able to work flexibly from home or our co-working space in New York City. We also offer a substantial vacation package in addition to federal holidays, which you can switch to any day of your choosing.

🏡 Family Life: We offer generous maternity, paternity and shared parental leave. Need to pick your child up from school? No problem. Our flexible working gives you the childcare flexibility you need.

🧘 Wellbeing: We care deeply about our employees well-being, that’s why we offer Healthcare/Medical Insurance including Vision and Dental, 401(k) plan and a taxable monthly stipend of $150 in order for you to improve your wellness and remote experience. We want you to have a happy and healthy environment, so we offer a $1000 home office budget, along with an Apple laptop when you start, plus a $200 yearly top up.

📚 Learn & Grow: Development is important to us, and we want to give all our employees the opportunity to learn. There are many personal growth and career progression opportunities available at Prolific, as well as mentoring. We also offer a $1000 early budget for education, growth and training for you to use at your discretion.

💙 Culture: We’re a friendly bunch here at Prolific; open, transparent and inclusive. Although we’re a remote first company, we still love to hang out with each other! We run collaborative virtual company-wide meets up and team socials (both virtually and in-person). Alongside this, we offer a yearly budget for discretionary team meet-ups so you can cover travel, food and accommodation. As a business we’re also committed to carbon offsetting; each month we donate money in your name to plant trees 🌳 and being remote we’re doing our bit to offset travel too.
