Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

TL;DR: Multiverse is looking for an exceptional Marketing Operations & Systems Manager to join the RevOps (Revenue Strategy & Operations) team to design and build the critical marketing infrastructure that supports Multiverse’s growth engine. This includes owning our lead generation process across Hubspot and Salesforce, refining existing marketing processes and systems, and sourcing and implementing new MarTech to power our next stage of growth. The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives. To excel in this role, you will need to be a structured thinker and be analytically-driven, willing to get deep into the weeds to build the foundations of our marketing business. You will work closely on cross-functional projects with our Marketing, Data & Insights, Sales, and Sales Operations teams.

This role will report directly to the Head of GTM Systems within the RevOps team.

Specifically, you will

  • Lead Generation Systems: Own the end-to-end lead generation process from form fill to lead routing to our sales reps, leveraging our Hubspot, Salesforce and Leandata platforms.

  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.).

  • Salesforce Campaign Operations: Develop and manage workflows for Salesforce marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimization.

  • Performance Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Budget Management: Assist in the planning and monitoring of the marketing systems budget.

  • Process Improvement: Translate our ever-evolving business requirements (from Marketing, Sales, Growth, etc.) into scalable solutions, either by leveraging our marketing technology stack or implementing new processes across the organisation.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing platforms; manage segmentation and audience targeting efforts.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in a GTM Systems role, ideally in a Marketing or Sales Systems / Operations function or a related role, with a strong emphasis on technology, systems and operations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software ( eg. Salesforce), marketing automation tools (eg. HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Process and operational thinking: you can tackle a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that's easy to understand for all audiences.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.

  • You can communicate complex problems and analyses simply to stakeholders across all levels, departments and between both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • You have a positive-sum mentality - you’re equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture

  • You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities
