Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

Reporting to Head of B2B Field Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Account Based or ABM Manager to join the Global Field Marketing team, based in London. You’ll be responsible for building our account marketing strategy from the ground up, with the purpose of increasing awareness and engagement with select target accounts and driving adoption and expansion among new and existing customers.

You’ll manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel campaigns to support pipeline growth targets and overall company goals. You should be comfortable working within a high-growth B2B company, leveraging data to drive insights, and dealing with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

As the B2B Account Based Marketing Manager at Multiverse, you’ll act as the primary point of contact and support for Sales, partnering closely to build comprehensive 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing plans for a fixed set of strategic accounts. You’ll have a passion for account based marketing and the value it can deliver, with experience obtaining senior buy-in.

Specifically, you will

  • Roll out a data-driven ABM strategy, evaluating technologies, standardising best practices, and helping to embed account based marketing principles more broadly, including Sales enablement and evangelisation with leadership

  • Apply a diverse mix of tactics – one-pagers, videos, landing pages, events, articles, gifting, etc. - that complement existing Sales and Marketing activities and engage the right customers with the right communication at the right time

  • Manage opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of Sales in response to health of the pipeline and/or key accounts

  • Define ABM metrics and ensure each activity is tracked and measured to accurately attribute campaign impact on opportunities, pipeline, and influenced deals

  • Identify opportunities to test and learn to continually increase access to champions and improve win rates, while delivering more impactful, differentiated customer experiences

  • Measure and report on programme investments across multiple channels in order to improve ROI, optimise budget, and present results and recommendations to the wider business

About you

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an account/field marketing role, preferably within a SaaS/Tech company

  • Proven success in building and managing an impactful ABM programme driving demand and revenue for B2B customers

  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to report and present effectively to senior stakeholders

  • Familiarity with the Sales and ABM toolkit and experience using 6sense, Salesforce, Reachdesk, Gong and/or similar platforms

  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership

  • Effective project management skills, managing multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously, with strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers

  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements
