About the team
We support our biggest spending and longest tenured client by leveraging the breadth of the Adaptavist Group’s offerings to ensure they continue to get maximum value from us as a partner.
About the role
Adaptavist Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow key strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in providing strategic insights and driving retention and growth across multiple departments including marketing, sales, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute strategic account plans to meet KPIs and budget goals.- Conduct consultative sales conversations and maintain trusted advisor status.- Manage sales pipelines, expand account influence, and deliver value propositions.- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, handling issues and requests.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in account management, particularly in Technology and SaaS.- Strong skills in selling professional services- Experience with IT digital transformation themes such as DevOps, Cloud, Work Management, Agile and Service Management- Skilled in building rapport and long-term client relationships.- Strong communication and organisational skills.- Proactive, persuasive, and energetic personality.- Knowledgeable in ecosystems like Atlassian and Gitlab.- Fluent in Greek and English.
Desirable:- Curiosity to understand business structures and challenges.- Experience with IT digital transformation themes.- Background in a fast-paced tech environment.- Experience with Hubspot.
