About the role

The Senior Performance Marketing Executive role sits within our dynamic, multi-disciplined marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of our multi-million pound performance marketing accounts.

You’ll be hands-on in the ad platforms running the day-to-day activity across our core performance marketing channels. Embracing change and innovation, you’ll continually seek out testing and optimisation opportunities to ensure we are growing and evolving our campaigns.

You will also work closely with our advertising partners to identify additional opportunities in our accounts, as well as working and collaborating with our wider marketing team and finance, design, product and data teams.

What you'll do

  • Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager with channel strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities across all performance marketing channels, proposing tests and reporting on results.
  • Plan, launch and scale new campaigns, using data to inform decision making.
  • Day-to-day account optimisation, including budgets, bid strategies, creative, copy, targeting & tracking implementation.
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide regular reporting, sharing actionable insights with the wider business.
  • Work with internal and external partners (e.g. Google) to drive initiatives forwards & capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Deliver consistent growth across our performance marketing accounts and drive revenue within agreed efficiency targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in at least one performance marketing specialism (PPC, Display, Paid Social), with the appetite to develop your knowledge & skills across more channels.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google/ Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360. Multiple platform experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong data analysis skills, confident in identifying trends and presenting data in a clear, understandable way.
  • Proficient use of Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • A proactive self-starter, able to take initiative and prioritise multiple projects effectively.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • A good understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (e.g. SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Brand Marketing etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced/growth company is desirable.
