PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand new ones.

In this role, you help ensure our project management methodology (I2M) processes and ways of working are applied consistently across BU via delivery of continuous improvement (CI) projects.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Identify process improvement needs, shaping & delivering continuous improvement initiatives, using change management best practice to influence, align & train these out. You will support execution of newly established improvements.

  • Review & understand the impact of proposed changes to processes which involve PCM, building strong & effective working relationships to ensure the right changes are implemented & delivered. You will need to balance the needs of the PCM function with the needs of the business.

  • Create, improve & sometimes deliver training in a range of contexts (new starter onboarding, improve existing PCM resources & govern the training calendar).

  • Be a key point of contact for PCMs, BU leads & cross functional colleagues, directing their queries (as needed) on process based PCM learning, onboarding & training.

  • You are system savvy & know how to present data & information in a compelling & visually appealing way.

  • Experience in change management processes, approaching change with curiosity & using your influencing skills & political savvy.

  • Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity and compromise.

  • Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, change manager, training manager, leading business transformations, would all be beneficial in this role
