Job title: Project Management and Controls Resource & Capability Lead

Salary: Circa £72,500 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Opportunity to be part of the reformation of the PM&C function within Maritime Services
- Provide the tactical and strategic management of PM&C resources to meet the current and future needs of Maritime Services
- Lead Integrated resource planning across Maritime Services
- Great opportunities to engage with the Maritime & Land PM Functional leadership and support the delivery of functional indicatives
Your skills and experiences:
- Experienced in resource planning and identifying appropriate supply solutions
- Knowledge of the Project Management capability landscape including with Professional institutions.
- Experienced in assessing development needs and identifying and deploying suitable training solutions.
- Focused on talent management and supporting individuals with development conversations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills

The Maritime Services PM&C Function team:
As part of the strengthening of the PM&C Function in Maritime Services a functional team is being re-instated to support the delivery of PM&C aspects across the business. Feeding into the Business Operations Director the new PM function will provide a central hub in support of PM&C People & Capability, Governance, Resource planning and dedicated Project Monitoring & Control lead.
The new functional team will have direct links into the Maritime & Land PM&C Functional and will act as focal points for ongoing improvement and enhancements to our PM&C capability.
