Grenade is an international active nutrition/lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by its strong brand, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG industry.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Commercial Finance Analyst with meticulous analytical skills and strong commercial acumen to support our commercial finance agenda. This is a critical time to join Grenade as it seeks to realise its growth ambitions and presents a huge opportunity to be part of a close-knit, industry-leading team of highly motivated individuals.

The role will partner closely with sales, marketing and operations to understand customer and channel economics, support pricing and promotional decisions, and ensure robust financials underpin strategic and tactical plans.
Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this exciting period of brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.
How you will contribute
Financial Planning and Performance:

- Deliver robust monthly performance analysis, clearly explaining volume, price, mix and trade spend drivers of NSV and CM% versus budget, forecast and prior year.
- Prepare and maintain customer and channel P&Ls, highlighting margin accretive opportunities and loss-making activities.
