You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the S4/o9 project across MEU for your function. This leadership role works directly with senior-level leaders across functions and in the BUs to drive the S4/o9 transformation.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Act as a change partner, managing communication and stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, support and adoption of s4/o9 implementation.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans aligned with global S4/o9 plans and overall organizational goals.

  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement via leading change within the specific business function in FitGap and capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA).

  • Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization by utilising the MDLZ change management methodology (CAF principles).

  • Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation (e.g., Coach/develop/guide BU Change Team, Workstream leads, SMEs, and Key Users on how to complete CM activities).

  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies by defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and adoption.

  • Experience managing change initiatives; specifically, experience of complex MEU / Global projects with cross functional collaboration.

  • Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.

  • Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management principles and experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.

  • Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.

  • A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (e.g., a hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically).

More about this role

  • This role reports directly into the S4/09 MEU Change Lead.

  • The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.

What you need to know about this position:

  • This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your functional S4/O9 team.

  • The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with visibility within MEU.

  • High learning agility and motivation to further deepen understanding in their function, WoW and behaviours to drive change.

  • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assess change and an ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Education / Certifications:

  • Relevant functional qualification and / or experience.

  • Change Management Accreditation a significant advantage.

Job specific requirements:

  • Strong Functional Knowledge with a minimum of 7+ years in a function/s, with deep functional knowledge (e.g. Finance OR E2E Manufacturing (MTI))

  • Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business / in projects

  • Or 5+ Years Change Management Experience

  • Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW.
