S4/o9 Program Director is responsible for end-to-end delivery management and orchestration of the S4o9 business deployment in the region. The role requires extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, global, multi-phase projects. It will cover deployment of o9 and S4 projects in MEU and combines advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of enterprise processes and solutions to ensure the successful delivery.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Supports a well-structured program management governance, ​driving consistency and quality in project execution

  • Ability to consolidate templates and draft PowerPoint slides to manage, drive and communicate program status to various stakeholder groups

  • Tracks and reports on program progress

  • Represent Program performance in BU/Regional/Global S4o9 governance forums​

  • Being proactive in identifying and managing risks and communicating with key stakeholders in a productive manner

  • Ability to understand issues, deep dive, guide and drive to resolution understanding business impacts

  • Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery

  • Lead the Value delivery track for MEU, ensuring functional teams are driving execution with a value mindset

  • Coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

  • Provide guidance and steer to program team members in understanding expected outcomes of the program deliverables

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • High level of expertise of Project Management, and credibility with leaders across the region.

  • Proven track record of delivering programs using recognised Program Management Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.

  • Knowledge and experience of MDLZ TGM and project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project would be ideal

  • Experience of leading Transformation & Change preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of MEU’s Business Model, processes and ways of working would be ideal

Job specific requirements:

  • The Business PM must understand the key project deliverables and phases, as well as the cross-project interdependencies between the S4 and o9 implementations and how to orchestrate the required work.

  • The Business PM will work hand in hand with the MDS Program PM and SI partner PM

  • They must lead and leverage a cross-region, cross-functional network of PMs & work with the internal and external teams to deliver the MEU deployment.

  • Enterprise-wide thinking is a must.

  • This person will be 100% allocated to the project from Q2 2026
