As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver product change initiatives that shape the future of our brands. You’ll play a key role in bringing new products and changes to market, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced global FMCG environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving measurable business results.

How will I contribute?

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product change initiatives from idea to market

  • Define project scope, objectives, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery against business goals

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks, driving accountability and proactive problem-solving

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver best-in-class execution, maximising efficiencies and reducing complexity

  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership through scorecards, dashboards, and review meetings

  • Continuously improve project management approaches, ensuring learnings and best practices are shared.

What will I bring?

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within FMCG or similar industries

  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects involving SKU management, product launches, or supply chain changes

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to drive projects forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels and bringing teams together to achieve results

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on making data-driven decisions

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What do I need to know about this position?

  • You will be at the centre of change, working with functions including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Customer Development and Supply Chain

  • Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered in line with revenue, growth, productivity and quality targets

  • You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, consumer-facing projects that directly impact our global brands.

Education/ Certifications

  • Degree level educated (Preferred)

  • Project Management certifications e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (preferred)
