We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Project Communications Manager.

SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. MDLZ is proceeding with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

You will be a core member of the Project Management Office, providing directions to global and regional team members on communication strategy, plan and execution, collaborating closely with project leadership, change management, Mondelēz Digital Services (MDS) and corporate communication teams.

*** This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed; East Hanover, NJ., Chicago, or other offices in UK and Slovak Republic.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Create visibility and positive coverage for the o9 project and ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware and understanding of the upcoming change.

  • Develop a communication strategy for the o9 project and implement effective communication processes.

  • Develop communications materials using message appropriate media.

  • Identify, manage and update o9 project communication channels and create opportunities to spotlight the program.

  • As a subject matter expert, collaborate with core o9 project leaders to develop strong messaging around the vision and the need for change.

  • Provide clear directions to workstreams and regional teams on o9 project communication ways of working.

  • Develop o9 project content and enable workstreams and regional teams with guidelines, templates, and communication work products.

  • Monitor and report on the execution and effectiveness of o9 project communications.

  • Partner with the S4/o9 Communications Lead and CGA teams to ensure consistent messaging.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of strategic communications planning, organizational analysis, corporate communications, or communications project/program implementation experience.

  • Corporate, function, or project communications.

  • Creating clear and impactful communication content.

  • Setting up effective communication processes and governance.

  • Directing and coaching team members.

  • Partnering with leaders, building relationships, and influencing outcomes.

  • Working with communication and content creation tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrating creativity and flexibility.

  • Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.

  • System implementation exposure highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.

  • System implementation exposure highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or equivalent years of experience.

Travel requirements:

  • Yes, less than 10%
