You will lead change management processes focusing mainly on the o9 project and supporting the S4/Hana implementation. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels preliminarily within Planning functions to drive the mindset and ways of working change. How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be a change partner and manage communication & stakeholder engagement for the o9 implementation to build awareness, understanding and support for change

  • Contribute to the development of change strategies and plans.

  • Identify and assess change impacts on people, process and technologies

  • Lead system, process and mindset changes with Champions, with KPIs defined and tracked to measure the success and adoption of change initiatives

  • Build change capability in teams through coaching and partnership.

  • Keep teams motivated and engaged.

  • Organize & co-host trainings and assess the organization's readiness.

  • Drive a mindset shift for successful technology & process adoption.

  • Build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Ensure end-to-end cross functional coordination for successful change, emphasizing holistic success across all functions

What you will bring

  • Strong understanding of change management principles.

  • Experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence at all levels in the organization

  • Strong network within supply planning and experience in their ways of working

  • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assess change and an ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.

  • Passion for big-picture thinking.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills

  • Ability to handle ambiguity, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

  • Willingness to work cross functionally and collaborate with other teams

  • A hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or significant experience in relevant positions.

Job specific requirements:

  • Experience in change management is required.

  • Prior experience in a planning function is preferred.

Travel requirements: Minimal

Work schedule: This is a Project role for approximately 20 months, with the potential opportunity to extend.
