You will play a crucial role in leading one of the largest transformations within MDLZ, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA and o9 systems. SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear which will transform and optimise business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. You will be a core member of the MEU S4/09 Leadership Team, partnering with leaders across functions in the Region as well as the Global Transformation Office to define and deliver an effective change strategy. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing the MEU Change Team to drive change management delivery and adoption.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the senior change partner accountable for change management for S4O9 MEU across the program.

  • Develop an inspiring and effective MEU change management strategy for S4O9 aligned with the overall global S4O9 implementation plans.

  • Design, recruit and lead the MEU Change Management organization (>15 people) and drive the engagement and development across the team.

  • Develop and deliver a best-in-class Key User strategy for MEU S409 taking account of learnings from other regional S409 teams and MEU Change programs Lead the MEU Change Network (~1000 HC) to execute the strategy, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders in MEU CGA and Business Units

  • Create a positive attitude towards the change and inspire the MEU business to embrace and adopt S4O9

  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure active support and engagement in the change process.

  • Enable leaders and teams with change capability.

  • Define measures of success and regularly evaluate effectiveness of strategies. Drive consistent execution and establish and monitor change management reporting.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience of leading complex, cross-functional, global change programs

  • Direct experience of S4 Hana implementations

  • Strong business acumen and leadership in change management. Ability to partner up to executive level and influence strategic priorities.

  • An exceptional communicator, who inspires trust and is able to summarize and simplify key messages for executive stakeholders and influence effectively across all levels of the organisation

  • A seasoned change management practitioner with extensive knowledge of change management best practices bringing in external perspective.

  • Strong people leader with experience of building and leading large teams and complex change networks

  • Bachelor’s degree
